MyFitStore is an outlet store delivering you high quality fitness products for a reasonable price. To reduce costs and give you additional savings MyFitStore operates with a decentralized storage.
We have a fixed shipping fee of 10$ for all orders. You’re entitled to free shipping if cart value is above 100$. Please estimate approximately 2-4 weeks for shipping.
In some cases the shipping may be delayed, this can be due to weather, holidays or be circumstantial. This is unfortunately out of our control. The delivery days are estimated.
MyFitStore is shipping to most countries world-wide.
There might be a difference between the product images and how the products are packet. E.g some products might be delivered in plastic wrapping if the manufacturer decides to, or do not have enough packaging for this product. We try our best to represent the products in our store to match the end-result.
Returns and complaints
If there’s some issues with the ordered products, please contact us by email, [email protected], or by using our contact form. Please attach images stating your issues.
For returns, please contact us by email before returning. When returning add your order number and a note stating the reason for the return and if you would like a new product, in-store credits or your money refunded. Products can be returned to:

3 months warranty is included. This will however be depended on the usage and washing. For returns and complaints, please read above.
We’re using Stripe, PayPal and Klarma for our payment solutions. These are secure and well-renowned payment solution world-wide. MyFitStore does not store any credit card details. However, you have the option to save your credit card details for quicker purchases in the future, which will be stored on the payment’s solutions servers.
If your products hasn’t arrived within 2-4 weeks, please contact us. We’ll do our best to try tracking it down and ensure you get your product(s). Please send your order number. You can use your contact form or send us an email directly at [email protected]
Unless the customer has otherwise expressed consent, MyFitStore may only collect and store the personal information that is required to complete the purchase. Personal information of customers below the age of 15 years can not be collected unless MyFitStore is granted consent from the child’s parent or guardian. The customer’s personal information will only be exchanged if this is necessary for the salesman to complete the purchase with MyFitStore, or for legal circumstances. The necessary information involves: Full name, address, post number (zip code), area, phone number, and finally, email-address. MyFitStore may only collect the buyer’s personal number if there are specific reasons for identification, and such collection is made necessary.
